The access and use of L@JA-ECOM-NL website, as well as the purchase of products are based on the assumption that these Terms and Conditions have been read, understood and accepted by the Customer.
L@JA-ECOM-NL website is the property of Lajaecom sole proprietorship which is officially registered by the Dutch Chamber of Commerce and authorized with an EU VAT number by the Dutch Tax Authorities. All contents of the website are under the copyright law and therefore all belongs personally to its creator, the owner of Lajaecom: Lajos Hajnal. (All company business details are presented on the websites HOME page and below).
Lajaecom reserves the right to change, update and modify the “Terms & Conditions” and all contents of the website at any time without any prior notice. The Customer agrees to comply always with the up-to-date, currently present version of these “Terms and conditions” that is published on L@JA-ECOM-NL website when having any interaction (communication, purchase, subscription) with L@JA-ECOM-NL website. It is wise for the Customer to check these terms and conditions any time.
However every care and attention has been taken to ensure that the contents of L@JA-ECOM-NL website are accurate and up to date, the information is provided "as is" and to the extent permitted by law, Lajaecom disclaims all liability and excludes all express and implied warranties in respect of any inaccuracy, errors or omissions in any of the information on L@JA-ECOM-NL website, any decision made or action taken in reliance on or as a result of the information on L@JA-ECOM-NL website or any delay to, interruption to or non-availability of the provisions of L@JA-ECOM-NL website regardless of how it is caused.
Lajaecom offers high-quality products and these products are purchased by Lajaecom directly from manufacturers, dealers and wholesalers carefully selected for their quality control. Products offered on the L@JA-ECOM-NL website are compliant with the applicable legislation and standards in the EU.
The affordable product offers that are offered via L@JA-ECOM-NL website are all inclusive. Lajaecom VAT policy falls under the Dutch and the EU VAT legislation and the gross purchase prices that are shown on L@JA-ECOM-NL website all have the lawful regional VAT included.

All prices are indicated in Euro but in the special product details field has an approximate amount in GBP (English language site only) and HUF (Hungarian language site only). All other details are valid which is present on the individual product pages.
Prices are subject to change. The prices at the time of the posting of the order by the customer apply. The applicable price of the Order will be notified in the summary of the Order before payment.
If the correct price of the goods is higher than the price stated on L@JA-ECOM-NL website, we may reject the Order at our discretion, in which case we will notify the Customer of such rejection and the correct price for the goods.
Lajaecom cooperates with the major logistics companies within the borders of EU. All delivery times are estimated but we will try to do our best to always deliver the shipments within the indicated shipping time. Our shipping partners: DHL, PostNL, GLS or DPD. In most cases we choose DHL but depended on the current offer we keep the right to deliver as the best for us. If you would have your own choice of transport then it is possible to use your chosen method also. Shipping times and costs are always as mentioned on each product description or on other pages with shipping information if applicable.
Deliveries generally are free of charge within the European Union and EEA area if the subjected order has a minimal amount of € 200 and it is not mentioned differently in the product description and details.
Delivery on lower order values are charged with shipping fee. The shipping costs are clearly stated on the order confirmation page. We always deliver your orders with a Standard package delivery of the aforementioned logistics providers with safety and security insurance of € 500. Deliveries will be made according to the information on the product pages after confirmation of the order. If an Order contains Products deliverable at different dates, the Customer may choose to receive each Product according to the delivery dates stated on the product pages of each item, by contacting us. However, this service may involve higher delivery costs to the Customer which will be indicated by us. If the Customer chooses to receive the order in one batch, the longest delivery period indicated on the product pages shall be the one to refer to.
All products are offered with different availability based on the supplier. The estimated shipping times which are shown on any product page always includes dispatching. Stock availability may be shown on each product page as it will be necessary. The special product offers always are in stock therefore any special item offer has minimum 1 piece. These special product offer pages will be connected with sales possibilities and thus they have stock indication.
In case of absence a notice will be left by the courier and then can be collected following the carrier’s instructions. In absence of products’ withdrawal by the Customer in the limited period fixed by the carrier, the products will be returned to Lajaecom. Lajaecom reserves the right to reimburse the Customer, while the delivery costs will remain at the Customer’s charge.
Upon delivery of every order, Customers are asked to inspect the box carefully before signing for the delivery. The purchases via L@jaecom-NL website are packed accurately. If for any reason the box looks tampered with, either sign for the package with reservations or refuse the package. In the event that the box has been signed for with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence that either the product or its package has been damaged, open a claim immediately with the courier and contact us.
If the package is not successfully delivered to the Customer's address due to a lack of cooperation from the client (wrong telephone number, wrong address, absent at address, or any other reason that is the Customer’s mistake) as per the Lajaecom commercial agreement, the package could be sent back to the official address of Lajaecom at the Customer's expense including any fees that may be applied. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.
When the order is dispatched, the customer receives an email from Lajaecom specifying the tracking number and a direct link to monitor the shipment status.
Lajaecom does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Payment can be carried out differently and depends on your bank details. We offer MasterCard and Visa payments for any customer of us.
We provide payment possibility with iDeal also that is possible to do so with one of the following licensed banks: ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, bunq, ING, Knab, Moneyou, Rabobank, RegioBank, SNS, Svenska Handelsbanken, Triodos Bank, Van Lanshot.
You can choose Klarna online bank transfer payments also.
The order processing will start after successful receiving of payment transaction and confirmed by the payment service provider that can take up to maximum 7 working days but it is usually done within 1-3 working days.
The Customer can choose either “Buy Now” or “Add to Cart” purchasing options. Both of them will lead to the check-out but if the Customer would choose "Buy Now" then it will process to the payment immediately.
The Customer must choose a country of delivery destination and after the successful payment procedure, Customer will receive an ordering confirmation email.
After successful approval of payment (1-7 working days) you will get an invoice from us via email. Lajaecom uses only digital invoicing. In some cases we do not use shipping documents if it is not possible to securely add it to the package. In this case the invoice, the shipping label and the tracking details are enough to identify the order.
After you received the invoice you can expect the product delivered to your address within the indicated time on the product page. You will receive your orders track & trace information within 1-2 business days that depends on your location.
Please do act as it was advised in the delivery section of this document for your security and satisfaction.
Once the delivery was complete, we will send you a “Successfully delivered email!”.
Lajaecom reserves the right to refuse any order for any reason whatsoever, in particular for any problem of products procurement or any problem concerning the received order. In cases when a product is unavailable, Lajaecom will inform the customer by email as soon as possible. Lajaecom will provide updates on the availability of the product or may suggest to offer a similar product as a replacement.
Customer may return products purchased from Lajaecom, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days of receiving the products.
In order to return an item Customer should contact us within 14 days of the delivery date. The articles should be sent back to the address indicated in the business information on invoice.
The item must be returned in new and unused condition, in the original box and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full refund. New and unused means that there are no scratches, marks or any blemish on the item; so there are no signs of any use on the product, the tags or the case; and the product must not have been altered in any way. Lajaecom cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used. Please use the step by step guide to return purchased goods. Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted. For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available to customers in 14 working days and the processing time may vary depending on the credit card company. Orders paid by Klarna or iDeal will be refunded to the original bank account within 10 working days.
