Shipping policy
The “Shipping policy” includes all details about shipping and deliveries for all purchase orders that were confirmed. Our shipping costs includes VAT and insurance. We offer standard package shipping throughout the EU/EC region. We most of the times use the best shipping offer available at the moment this is how in most cases we choose DHL. Although we keep the right to choose the best fit for delivery and based on the order and the destination of the Customer, we use also PostNL, DPD or GLS as logistics partner.
Generally we offer free shipping for our Customers from the Netherlands and Belgium. In most occasions if an order amount is above € 200 we offer free shipment for most countries within the EU/EC region. If the Customer’s location is not applicable for free shipping, we will contact you to discuss the possibilities.
ECO shipping to Hungary: If the Customer would choose the ECO friendly shipping method to Hungary we can offer free of charge shipping to Hungary. It will take between 10-15 working days to receive the delivery. Please contact us for more details.
If the Customer would like to have a different shipping method (for instance express shipping) we will try our best to fulfil the desired way of shipping and we kindly ask you to get in touch with us to discuss further the shipping conditions and make an agreement.
